Coach speak

“This past week was a good week for us to revisit the fundamentals and work on ourselves offensively. Our goal is to grow a little daily and I feel like we were able to do that. So proud of our junior varsity team for winning the Muscle Shoals Invite. It was a long one day tourney and they prevailed both mentally and physically. Our training in the off season is showing right now. This next week the competition heats up in every way possible. Will be a fun week to see how we can grow against good competition.” – Girls volleyball head coach Judy Green.
