Parker Throws Shutout As Thompson Warriors Varsity Defeats Tuscaloosa County

JC Parker didn't allow a single run as Thompson Warriors Varsity defeated Tuscaloosa County 7-0 on Thursday. Parker allowed just two hits and induced a groundout from Parker Jones to end the game.

Thompson Warriors Varsity pulled off the big victory without ever scoring many runs in an inning. The most they scored was two in the sixth.

One bright spot for Tuscaloosa County was a single by Addison Baughman in the third inning.

JC Parker earned the win for Thompson Warriors Varsity. He went seven innings, surrendering zero runs, two hits, striking out six, and walking one. Baughman took the loss for Tuscaloosa County. He tossed five innings, surrendering four runs, four hits, and striking out three.
