Thompson Warriors Defeats Oak Mountain Despite Allowing 3-Run Inning

Bailey Whitfield earned the win for Thompson Warriors . She went seven innings, giving up five runs, nine hits, and striking out one.

Thompson Warriors had 19 hits in the game. Kennedy Foote, Kindall DeRamus, Lauren Haskins, Macie Crumpton, Kelsey Edwards, and Whitfield each collected multiple hits for Thompson Warriors . Haskins led Thompson Warriors with three runs batted in. She went 3-for-5 on the day. DeRamus led Thompson Warriors with two stolen bases, as they ran wild on the base paths with four stolen bases.

Oak Mountain collected nine hits. #37, #11, and #20 each collected multiple hits for Oak Mountain.
