PLEASE NOTE: All non-school related facility rentals and event requests must be accompanied by a signed rental agreement and certificate of insurance. Rental agreements can be completed using the link below. Facility rental payments are due immediately upon reservation request. Payments are due immediatly upon request online or in person at the Thompson High School front office. Non-payment will result in loss of facility reservations.
*All request must be submitted for approval. All requests MUST have a start time and an end time indicated. All requests that do not have a start and end time will be rejected.
*Current events on the calendar that do not have an end time indicated will be given a 2 hour window for activity. New and separate activities will be scheduled accordingly two hours from the start time of any currently scheduled events.
* Each requested day of use must be submitted seperatly. multiple reservations may not be requested in a single submission.
